• Can you administer medications?

Yes! We can administer most oral, topical, and injectable medications, including insulin, as long as instructions are provided.

• Are your pet care specialists screened?

Yes. We carefully select team members who share our commitment to providing compassionate, dependable, high-quality pet care.

• What happens if my pet has an emergency?

Your pet's safety is our top priority. We'll contact you immediately, follow your emergency instructions, and seek veterinary care if necessary.

• What if my travel plans change?

We understand plans change. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate schedule adjustments.

• How do I pay?

Invoices are sent electronically and can be paid securely online.

• Do you require payment before services begin?

Yes. A deposit of 50% is required before the start of scheduled services to reserve your dates.

• Can you bring in mail, water plants, or take out the trash?

Absolutely! We're happy to provide these complimentary home care tasks while caring for your pets.
